Part four on Essential Oils

Part 4: Frequencies of essential oils

When molecules of essential oils are inhaled, swallowed, applied to the skin, or internalized into your body in any other way, they resonate with your bodily tissues. This increases your own natural electromagnetic vibrations and restores coherence to your electric fields to produce healing and maintain wellness.

In simpler wording, once an oil gets into your body, it has an innate ability to become something more. The quantum attributes become energy. Then mixes with your energy to become higher in frequency, which allows your body frequency to increase bringing you into better health naturally.

Fundamental Frequencies of People and Things (frequencies are given in megahertz)

  • Healthy Human Brain 71-90 Mhz
  • Healthy Human Body (overall) 62-68
  • When you have cold symptoms 58
  • When you have flu symptoms 57
  • When you have candida infection 55
  • When you have Epstein Barr syndrome 52
  • When you have cancer 42
  • When you begin to die 25
  • Processed or canned foods 0
  • Fresh Produce 10-15
  • Dry herbs 12-22
  • Fresh herbs 20-27
  • Therapeutic-grade Essential Oils 52-320

Other ways to elevate your electromagnetic frequencies:

The types of food you eat.
Thoughts make a difference (positive or negative, peaceful or dissonant).
Emotions matter: love, faith, calmness, humility, joy or peace elevate vibrations. E.g. hate, fear, anxiety, bitterness, forgiveness, pride, resentment, jealousy, envy, or depression can pull you down and make you susceptible to sickness

Oils respond to words, thoughts, and prayers. When prayed over, essentials oils frequency went up by 15 Mhz. Oils amplify intent and can move where they can best serve to heal. Words that are often used; essential oils have an innate intelligence, they know where to go to do best in our bodies.”

I will end with a musical analogy by Dr. David Steward:
“Each species of essential oil has a fundamental frequency and a series of harmonics, just like the tones of a musical instrument. When you blend two species of oils, you have created a musical interval. When you blend three or more oils, you have created a chord. When you layer one oil after another in time, you are creating scales, arpeggios, and melodies with the notes of essential oils. When you do a raindrop session on a person with its nine oils over an hour, you have performed a symphony with the recipients body and spirit as part of the score.”

I will doing an essential oil video, early in January. I’ll be announcing it soon. If you have any questions or interested in learning more, please call or email me.

Part 3 on Essential Oils

Part 3: Quantumness of Essential Oils

Essential oils molecules are very small. This makes it so they can easily and quickly be absorbed through the skin and into the blood stream. Most oils have linked carbon and hydrogen atoms that form into benzene rings with short chains. Oils like a vegetable oils forms into long chains with much larger molecules.

If someone does not know any chemistry of essential oils, you may have heard them say, “these oils are powerful”. What they are really referring to is the quantum nature of a pure essential oils. A quick example of quantum attributes: Magnets. You can see that they are attracted to one another and stick together. What you can not see is what makes that happens; that is the quantum attribute.

The short version; these benzene rings no longer behave like matter. To quote an organic chemist; they take on the properties of a standing wave with frequency, amplitude and phase. In other words, matter becomes energy. This is Einsteinian physics. Within quantum physics, things are different. There are no longer any definite locations, velocities, moments, spins, etc, only probabilities. In quantum mechanics there is uncertainty.

Therefore, essential oils should not be thought of as having fixed and specific chemical or physical qualities. A chemist would say, “they are a set of probabilities.”

This means different people receive different result from the same essential oils. The properties manifested by essential oils are a combination of chemistry, quantum physics, and the faith of user as well as a practitioner applying any oils.

Essential Oils (Parts 1 and 2)

I’ve been thinking a lot about essential oils and want to share information that most people most likely don’t fully understand the quantumness of this alternative healing modality. Let’s start at the beginning: Essential oils come from plants, flowers, shrubs, root & etc. Their “life-blood”, like ours os essential to the life of these plants. When cut, torn, wounded, like humans, a white or clear liquid rushes to the area. This liquid is full of chemical compounds to help the plant heal.

There are so many chemical compounds in essential oils. For example; a common oil like lavender has over 200 compounds. Chemical compounds in essential oils are usually in the form of benzene rings, with double-bonded molecules and/or short chains. This helps to make the oils be quickly absorbed through the skin and into the blood stream. Other oils (that are not essential), like vegetable oil has larger molecules and sits on the skin much longer. What most people don’t know is essential oils are quantum by nature that is why I use them when doing reflexology. Will explain that in my next post. Contact me if you know of someone that wants to be healed in a quantum way.

I love chocolate! Who knew it could actually be good for you?

Humans have consumed chocolate/cacao thousands of years ago, and was revered by the Mayan and Aztecs.

Chocolate contains high levels of free redial scavengers, called :flavonoids”. The phytonutrients in cacao are similar to those found in green tea, apples, red wine, pomegranate juice and berries. Cacao (not cocoa) and some dark chocolates are ranked above tea, and a list of 25 others food sources of polyphenols. Polyphenols have been documented to provide protection from pests, infections, and UV protection from the sun. The phenols in chocolate have a special affinity that supports the cardiovascular system. Cacao has been found to modestly improve blood pressure (helps to keep it flowing smoothly) and influences the health for many other parts of the body, including the immune system and the brain.

Cacao is high in magnesium and copper. It is critical for energy production, maintaining strong bones, and supports positive moods.

The bad news is that many chocolate products are loaded with sugar, milk or even worse with artificial flavors. They usually also contain highly process vegetable oils, and maybe with little or no cacao. Organic chocolate, if available, should enable you to avoid chocolate treated with insecticides and pesticides. Reading and understanding labels is critical to ensure that you obtain healthy chocolate. Most cocoa mixes have sugar, cocoa that has alkali, dairy, different oils, corn syrup varieties, sodium caseinsate, dipotassium phosphate, mono & diglyceridis and /or cellulose gum as a short list of other ingredients.

My personal recommendation is to get 100% cacao (not cocoa) and mix it with your preferred sweetener or add to dishes that you prepare. 100% cocao is definitely not sweet. You can get 100% cacao either as a bar or powder form and is usually found in the baking section of grocery stores. It may take a little more time, but making your own hot cocoa is much healthier and you get more antioxidants than store mixes. Try adding cinnamon, allspice, or clove for a different flavor. The Mayan and Aztecs consumed a drink of unsweetened, highly spiced liquid cacao. Even later, the Inca gave this same drink to those men that were runners (bringing news from one city/settlement to another). This drink sustained them and gave great energy to complete their task.

Yours in health, Christina.

7 ways to clear constipation
Of course, during a reflexology session, I check all organs and glands..Like the kidneys and liver, they are part of digestion as well.  If you have any questions or would like to set an appointment, my phone number is 719-638-8370.

Your feet on the bottom/plantar side of the feet, have a thick, fibrous band of tissue (fascia) from you heels to your toes. These tissues support the muscles and arch of the feet. When they’re overly

stretched, tiny tears can occur in the surface. This can cause pain and inflammation. This condition is more common in women due to footwear, being overweight or standing for several hours a day.

Over the 18 years of practice, I have worked on many people, mostly women, with this condition. I have also seen most people with fasciitis also have imbalanced hips; seems like another contributory factor.

To help my clients with reflexology, I have developed several special techniques and add the application of essential oils that are especially effective in helping with this uncomfortable problem. A great story I have for you; I worked on a man who stood all day on his feet, usually 6 days a week. I worked on him and asked him to call me in a couple of day to let me know how his feet felt. He didn’t call, but I saw him a month later. I asked how his fasciitis was doing. He said, “Oh, I no longer felt any pain, it went away and so I forgot I ever had any discomfort.”

Wouldn’t you like to have this similar kind of results? If you or a friend suffer this is problem, call me. I’d love to help you.
